Gino's Pizzeria

I never had a problem with this restaurant. The food is delicious. Today I order 3 chicken parm sandwiches and after waiting for 1hr My kids received 3 chicken cutler sandwiches. I called and the female placed me on hold and I was told that they were sorry for the misunderstanding . They will deliver the original sandwiches but my kids have to give back the other sandwiches back. I couldn't believe that they were going to get the other sandwiches back? After making that mistake.
The delivery man called me from the outside and I told him how I was upset that after 2 1/2 hours I was getting the right order..... but I will never order from them again. The delivery guy was so nice to my kids and did not wanted the original sandwiches back. I thought that was great. I am a Police Officer working long hours and on weekends so I order on Grubhub for my three kids who stayed home . So I give them 5 the stars. Thank you.

I'm ordering from my job, which is retail. So when I ordered Gino's the time before this and they didn't bring me a fork for my ravioli, I had to eat it with my hands. Yeah. I'm alone here.
This time, I added in the notes to please put utensils.
They again did not bring me a fork.
This time, I called the restaurant and complained. The counter girl transferred me to the owner. He came himself after that to personally bring me a fork, apologize, and even threw in a free Pepsi, with no begging from me. I kept telling him not to worry, don't bother, it isn't worth coming... he insisted on bringing the fork.
That's how customer service is done. Had he treated me like I was a nuisance, I probably wouldn't order from there again. It goes to show how customer service makes a difference. I'm ordering again today.

As always- delicious! This time, I tried the white pizza with spinach- and it was amazing. Nice amount of garlic and flavor was perfect, also the spinach wasn't skimped so you could taste it (some places barely put any), also comes with a ricotta type cheese which I don't normally like, but I loved whatever one they used. One of the best white pizzas I've had in a long time! Thanks guys

First of all, Gino's Pizza is awesome. I was born and raised in Cali, amd so finding good pizza spots has been challenging since Jersey and NY claim to have good pizza, but most seem mediocre. Well Gino's is very good. Im a fan of his spot and Franks Pizza. The food is delicious and your pockets dont feel sad and empty after ordering. Def worth it! Far from mediocre!

Normally I love ordering from here. However after my last order I think Ill do takeout because the driver cursed me out for missing his 3 calls. You may think its my fault but I saw my phone ring from an unknown number so I started walking towards the door. In that time frame he called another 2 times. He thought it was okay to curse me out because of that.

Super generous with the pepperoni and cheese... yum!

My husband got the garlic knots and raved about the marinara sauce that came with it. You should know he is a health but and hates these kinds of foods but at all 6 garlic knots in one sitting.

Ginos is my go-to. From great small pies (onion or pepperoni) to pasta with meat sauce to their fresh mushroom appetizer (totally amazing by the way), I know Ill have an enjoyable meal every time.

I order lunch for my staff every saturday and they always ask for Gino's. Whether its Pizza, Chicken Parm heros or salads for the boss, this is the place!

Simply the best service I've had through Seamless so far. It was fast delivery, and exactly what I ordered. Great Job Gino's.

Delivery was extremely fast and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. Will order from again without a doubt.
